This site has no accounts and no scripts, and it sets no cookies. It collects nothing from visitors beyond the standard logs of the server that delivers the pages, except what you type into the one form, "Correct or remove a listing".

Who we are
FL Pro List is a trade name of Terragroupe, LLC. In this policy, "we" means Terragroupe, LLC.
What the site collects today
Nothing from visitors beyond what any web server logs, apart from the form described below. The pages are static files with no cookies or scripts. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., may keep standard logs of each request, such as IP address, browser type and the web address requested.
The listings come from a public state license file. They show a business name, license details, and a city and ZIP code as published, and no street address, phone number or email.
The correction and removal form
The Correct or remove a listing page has a form. When you send it, the form sends what you enter to our email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an outside form-forwarding service. That is the business name, the listing web address, the request type, your description, your name and your email, plus the license and phone details if you add them. FormSubmit may show a spam check on its own page before it forwards the form. FormSubmit's own terms and privacy policy cover its service.
We use what you send only to handle your request: to read it, to reply to you, to correct or remove the listing, and to keep a record that we did. We do not use it for marketing and we do not add you to a list.
