Before you send it

Each listing is built from the state's public license records, so a wrong license detail is corrected at DBPR and shows here after the next state file. We can correct how a listing is shown on this site, and we remove a listing when the business asks.

Paste the web address of the listing page (it is in your browser's address bar), and say what is wrong or that you want it removed. We may write to you to confirm the request comes from the business.

How fast

We aim to answer within 5 business days1 of receiving a request, and to correct or remove the listing within 10 days1. These are our targets, not a guarantee.

Correction or removal request

Sending the form sends what you enter to our email through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co). We use it only to handle your request. See the privacy policy.
